REFUND/REPLACEMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY
To receive a partial refund, full refund or replacement product under our policy, one of these conditions must have occurred:
Damage to the product caused during the shipping process with the carrier
Late delivery or improper handling caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), that caused an item to spoil or be damaged
Missing item(s) from your box
Wrong item(s) received
Please report any issues with your order as soon as possible, upon delivery.
Email detailed information to issues@FloridaOrientalFarms.com State if you would like a refund, replacement product, or credit
Include a clear and well-lighted picture that shows the issue
State if you would like a refund, replacement product, or credit
Include your name and order number if you were given one
We will resolve reported issues on a case by case basis with the evidence provided to us. Refunds, replacement, or credit are not guaranteed. Upon reviewing the case, it is at Florida Oriental Farm’s discretion to:
Issue a replacement product order
Issue a credit towards your next
Issue a partial refund
Issue a full refund
No refunds, replacement, or credit will be given if the following situation occurred:
Incorrect address provided to us
Refusing the delivery when we shipped according to the terms and conditions
Not retrieving your order on the guaranteed delivery date or time frame allotted, resulting in product damage or spoilage
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your shipping address changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to cancel an order if it has not been shipped out yet. A cancellation order may be subject to a $10.00 fee that will be applied to any order at hand.
