How to eat a jujube fruit
We ship jujube unripen or it should be close to ripening up by the time you receive it. It is your preference to eat a jujube at varying ripeness (harder texture or softer texture). It may be ripe enough to eat right away. Please refrigerate it if not consuming the ripened fruit immediately. If you prefer your fruit more ripened, you can leave it out at room temperature or leave it somewhere with a warmer temperature to help it ripen up. Don’t forget to check on your fruit daily while it ripens. Wash your fruit and it is ready to eat. Just don’t eat the pit in the middle.
